What Makes A Robot A Robot?

A robot is almost always mobile.
It senses it's environment.
It makes decisions based on observations.
It almost always intelligently manipulates or controls something in its environment.
It adapts to changing conditions.
Does NOT necessarily have to look like a human.
It learns from experience.
A robot must be reprogrammable.
